Our gnomes and home décor items are carefully hand crafted and may feature slight variations in color, size, and design i.e. about 4 inches long by 2 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall means it could be a little larger or smaller same goes for the weight of an item. The item you select is the item you will get so look at all the pictures of the item. These variations are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.
Because each of our handcrafted gnomes and home décor items is unique, products placed in your shopping cart are reserved for 2 hours. During this time, the item is held exclusively for you while you complete your purchase.
If your order is not completed within the 2-hour reservation period, the item will be automatically removed from your cart and made available for purchase by other customers.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to complete your checkout promptly to avoid missing out on your one-of-a-kind item.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded.
Orders are processed within the stated processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.
We process and ship all orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed before our cut-off time ship on the next scheduled processing day. We do not process orders on postal or national holidays.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
All product designs, photographs, logos, and website content are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@brushesandcrafts.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
